Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing U&U Designs for your Event Planning & Design. The retainage of $ equals to 50% of your order total is required to reserve a date and is applied towards your final balance. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit Is received. Final invoice balance is due one day prior to the event. If payment is not made by prior to the event date, we reserved the right to refuse service and not deliver service or items rented.

If your event is booked less than 2 weeks of your event. Full payment is needed to move forward with planning.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The day you book your order the items are considered out of our inventory for your date and thus made unavailable to other potential customers. This ensures you will have all the items you need on the date you require them. Cancellation requires minimum of 14 days advance notices from the event date.

Delivered Orders

Please note this is a one-day rental and the item will be pickups a day after the event date. Failure to make the equipment available for pickup will result in additional per day charges. We offer all of our rental inventory on daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Delivery and Pickup Rates

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the estimated load/unload time, distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted each way as opposed to a round trip fee. Our most economic rates are based on an open 4 hours window for delivery and pickup. Minimum rental order for deliveries is $50.00 dollars excluding delivery and pick-up service fee. Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Sunday, 8 AM-7 PM. After business hours will be charged at a higher rate.

Pickup Orders

All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item; however, when agreed upon, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next company's business day. Failure to return equipment timely, will result in additional per day charges. $100 security deposit is required for pickup orders. $100 security deposit will be refunded when the leased equipment's are returned without any major damages or missing.

Setup & Teardown Rates

Items that require set-up /Teardown will be charged an additional charge based on the time required to complete the installation-setup and or teardown.

Liability Waiver

It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting this rental equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the leased equipment.

Rental/ Decor services

Please have items like centerpieces, charger, linens & napkins pulled to the side for us to pick up. If we have to pick up trash to take down our services. There is going to be an additional charge of $200 of our time.

Liability Waiver

It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting this rental equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the leased equipment.

Party equipment known risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participants. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold BB Décor and Rental not responsible from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection on with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. BB Décor and Rental, cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge.

All sales are final. No refund and non transferable. Once we deliver the balloon, flowers and rental to the event, we are no longer liable for any damages or issues regarding the balloon or other services.

Weather Clause

Balloons are a natural material and are 100% biodegradable. Although artist uses only quality balloons, some balloons may deflate sooner than expected. By their nature, balloons are susceptible to the effects of weather elements such as, but not limited to, rain, sun, temperature changes, and wind. The client understands that any balloon structure displayed outdoors is not guaranteed to last for any specific time period and that artist is not liable for the balloon structure lasting for any period of time. Artist reserves the right to cancel delivery in case of inclement weather or in the event that public or private roads are impassable on the delivery date.


Latex and microfoil balloons pose no threat to humans, wildlife, or the environment if handled responsibly. Artist does not permit the release of any balloons provided by artist and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized balloon releases. Latex balloons used in decor are 100% biodegradable. Helium, if inhaled, can be life threatening. Artist will not be liable for any damages in the event that the client or attendees at the event inhale helium. Children should have constant adult supervision while near balloons. Broken or un-inflated balloons can cause harm and should be disposed of immediately. Artist is not liable for any damages in the event that the client or attendees at the event swallow balloons or decorative items or parts thereof or in the event that balloons or parts thereof burst and cause any damages including personal damages. Lights are for indoor use only. Outdoor use of lights is not permitted unless otherwise specified in writing. Artist uses exclusively LED candles and professional adhesives (if applicable). Artist is not liable for potential allergies or sensitivities possibly caused by provided decorations, food, or personal care items.
